Telehealth Therapy

“Mental health…is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.

Since the pandemic, many of us have made online and phone meetings a regular part of our lives.

Like most of us, you’re busy. Trying to fit in one more thing seems impossible. With telehealth therapy, you can cut out all the time (and money) commuting to a therapy office.

It may be hard for you to come into the office because distance is a factor. Now you can get help anywhere in Washington!

When you use therapy virtually, you can do your sessions wherever you feel most comfortable.

It’s different, but it works!

All the tools, techniques, and resources used in person are the same in virtual therapy, so you have nothing to lose when trying it.

One of the most significant differences between in-person and virtual therapy is that life’s unexpected challenges are less likely to get in the way. An unexpected weather event or traffic jam is no longer an issue.

You know that effort and consistency are essential with any change. Telehealth therapy will help you show up on time and ready for support.

Consistency is easier when you go to virtual therapy, giving you a leg up on your change efforts.

Therapy can sometimes be challenging, but the technology is simple. The link to my platform never changes, and I can send it to you by email. You can log on with just a click, or, if you prefer, we can meet by phone.

Don’t worry. Our connection is confidential and protected. However, I recommend finding a space that prevents interruptions from others.

All you have to do is click the link, sign in, and allow the platform to access your microphone and camera. You’ll enter a virtual waiting room until your appointment. I’ll then come in and welcome you into the session.

With telehealth therapy, you can work toward your therapy goals in the privacy of your own home.

Some even say, “I would have never done this if I had to drive to an office.”

Help is a click away!

Whether in person, by Zoom, or by phone, help is here when needed.

Don’t let other obligations or worries keep you from the therapy you need and want. Telehealth is a proven method of receiving highly effective therapy.
